He has 18 years of experience in planning and facilitation of health, livelihoods and rights programmes. Rich experience in capacitating CBOs and NGOs on project management. Proven experience in working in collaboration with Government Departments. Expert in Mainstreaming Health and Gender concerns in ongoing projects. Sound experience in social marketing and facilitating Micro-Insurance Agency for CBOs.

Currently, he is working on Sustainable Natural Resource Management and Livelihoods programmes in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Telangana states.
