Dr Devan Kumar Kuda,Senior Programme Officer-Action Research and Advocacy. Dr Devan holds PhD degree in the area of Development Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. He has over five years of experience working in Rural Development sector. He worked for three years as Prime Minister’s Rural Development Fellow (PMRDF) in Rayagada district of Odisha under the supervision of Collector in the areas of supervision and monitoring of Rural Development Programmes’ implementation.

During his PhD days at TISS, he involved in various Action Research projects and also involved in the e-GP Patashala Progarmme for the Ministry of Human Resource Development for preparation Post Graduate course in the in area of Rural Development. Some of his research works are published and some are under review with the national and international journals.

At the CPF, is responsible to take up Action Research and major research on Forest Rights Act 2006, in all CPF project locations as appropriate. He also responsible to coordinate and guide the team of Rural Communities Programme supported by TATA TRUSTS.
